TherapyNotes is a clinician-focused web app that turns messy session documentation into a fast, consistent workflow. After a session, you paste brief bullet points (or dictate), and the app generates structured drafts for common formats (SOAP, DAP, BIRP) with configurable templates per clinician and payer requirements. It includes a “risk & safety” checklist, treatment plan linkage, and prompts to fill missing clinical elements without inventing facts. The app also maintains a client timeline so you can quickly reference goals, interventions used, and progress markers across sessions. It’s designed to reduce after-hours paperwork, not replace clinical judgment: every draft is editable and requires explicit clinician confirmation. Export to PDF/CSV and copy-ready text for EHR entry are included, because full EHR replacement is unrealistic for an MVP. Security, audit logs, and role-based access are built-in from day one.
