TherapyPrep

TherapyPrep is a mobile + web app (traditional with light AI) that helps people with depression and anxiety get more value from therapy between sessions—without pretending to replace a clinician. Users do quick daily check-ins (mood, sleep, appetite, rumination, avoidance), capture “in-the-moment” notes when symptoms spike, and the app turns that into a concise, therapist-friendly session brief: top themes, triggers, what helped, what didn’t, and 3 suggested agenda items the user can edit. It also includes a simple skills library (CBT/DBT basics) and a crisis plan screen with local resources and trusted contacts. The goal is practical: reduce the blank-stare start of sessions, improve continuity, and make progress measurable. It’s not a social network, not a chatbot therapist, and it won’t promise miracles—just better structure and follow-through.
