TheraStable is a mobile + web app for equine therapy programs to run sessions safely and stay audit-ready without drowning in paperwork. It centralizes horse suitability (soundness, behavior flags, workload limits), client goals, contraindications, and session plans in one place. Staff can do quick pre-session checklists (horse, tack, arena, weather, client status), log incidents, and generate standardized progress notes for clinicians, schools, or insurers. The app also tracks horse workload and rest days to prevent overuse—one of the most common operational failures in therapy barns. It’s not a magical “AI will fix everything” product; it’s a practical operations and documentation system with light AI assistance to draft notes from structured checklists and voice dictation, requiring human review.
