ThermalTally

ThermalTally is a desktop app that continuously audits PC thermals and power behavior and turns confusing sensor data into actionable fixes. It watches CPU/GPU temps, hotspot deltas, fan curves, power limits, and throttling flags, then correlates spikes with specific processes, games, or workloads. The app generates a simple “Root Cause” report (dust/airflow suspicion, bad fan curve, undervolt instability, pump failure indicators, paste aging, VRM overheating) with step-by-step recommendations and safe guardrails. It also runs guided stress tests and logs results so users can compare “before vs after” when they clean a case, change a curve, or repaste. This is not a magical optimizer: it won’t make weak cooling good, but it will save users hours of guessing and reduce unnecessary RMAs by proving what’s actually happening.
