ThermaTrail is a web + mobile app for data center operators to standardize thermal inspections and turn them into actionable maintenance work. Technicians walk aisles with a phone plus a supported thermal camera attachment, capture thermal + visual images, and the app auto-tags panels, PDUs, breakers, busways, and cable terminations using QR/NFC and simple templates. It flags abnormal deltas against baselines, tracks repeat offenders, and generates a prioritized punch list with severity, recommended actions, and evidence photos. Integrations push findings into ServiceNow/Jira and link to asset records. The goal is not “cool AI,” but fewer missed issues and faster, auditable remediation. It’s realistic: many sites still rely on spreadsheets, inconsistent naming, and photos scattered across chats, which makes trend analysis and accountability weak.
