ThermoGuard is a mobile + web app that monitors reptile/amphibian enclosures using inexpensive Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth sensors and turns raw readings into actionable alerts. It tracks temperature, humidity, heat-source runtime, and day/night gradients, then notifies you when conditions drift into dangerous ranges (e.g., stuck heat mat, failed thermostat, dried-out vivarium). The app includes species-specific safe ranges you can customize, a simple enclosure “profile” builder, and a timeline of events so you can prove husbandry consistency for sales or vet visits. Optional AI features summarize weekly stability, flag abnormal patterns (like slow humidity creep), and suggest troubleshooting steps based on common failure modes. This is not a full breeding/collection manager; it’s focused on preventing the most expensive and heartbreaking losses: avoidable husbandry failures.
