ThreadGauge

ThreadGauge is a web + mobile AI app that helps employees navigate office politics using evidence from their own work communications—without pretending it can “fix” toxic cultures. You connect Slack/Teams and calendar metadata (not full message bodies by default), and the app flags patterns that correlate with political risk: being consistently left off key meetings, credit being reassigned, sudden response drop-offs from stakeholders, or repeated last-minute scope changes. It turns those signals into a simple weekly “risk brief” with practical next actions: who to align with, which updates to send, what to document, and when to escalate. It also provides a private “receipts vault” to store decisions, approvals, and timelines for protection during performance reviews. The app is blunt: it won’t make you popular; it helps you avoid being blindsided and gives you defensible documentation.
