ThreadLedger

ThreadLedger is a web app + Slack/Teams add-on that turns messy chat threads into a lightweight decision log and action register. Instead of asking teams to “use another tool,” it sits inside existing conversations and prompts a simple flow: propose, discuss, decide, assign, and record. Each decision gets a short summary, rationale, owner, deadline, and links back to the original messages/files. A searchable timeline shows what was decided, by whom, and why—reducing re-litigation and onboarding pain. It also flags “decision debt” (threads with lots of debate but no resolution) and nudges owners to close the loop. This is not a full project manager; it’s a focused layer that prevents teams from losing critical context in chat and meetings. Export to PDF for audits and client sign-off when needed.
