It connects to Slack and Microsoft Teams, lets anyone mark a message as a “Decision,” “Action,” or “Risk,” and auto-builds a lightweight timeline per project. The AI helps by summarizing long threads into a single decision statement, extracting owners and due dates, and flagging contradictions when later messages conflict with earlier decisions. It’s not another chat app; it’s a layer that makes existing chat usable for execution and accountability. A simple web dashboard shows open actions, recent decisions, and what changed this week. The goal is to reduce rework, meeting time, and “I didn’t see that” failures without forcing teams to change where they talk.
