ThreadTriage

ThreadTriage is a web app with Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations that automatically converts messy internal message threads into trackable action items and decisions. It watches selected channels, detects when a conversation becomes a request, decision, or blocker, and prompts the right people to confirm ownership and deadlines with one click. It then posts a concise “decision + next steps” summary back into the thread and syncs the resulting tasks to Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Planner. The goal is not to replace chat—it's to stop work from dying in chat. Admins can set lightweight governance: which channels are monitored, what counts as a decision, and escalation rules for overdue items. It includes audit-friendly logs for “who agreed to what” without turning every conversation into bureaucracy. This is a combination traditional + AI app.
