ThreadTriage is an AI-assisted email companion that turns messy conversations into clear next steps. Instead of generic “important” flags, it classifies each thread into action states like: Waiting on them, Waiting on me, Needs decision, FYI only, or Done. It then generates a lightweight “thread header” you can pin: the latest ask, who owes what, and the deadline (if any). The app connects via Gmail/Outlook APIs, learns from your corrections, and stays conservative: it won’t send emails automatically, only suggests labels, reminders, and one-click follow-ups. A daily digest shows the smallest set of threads likely to bite you (stale promises, unanswered questions, meeting logistics). This is not a full email client replacement; it’s a focused layer that reduces missed commitments and time spent re-reading long chains.
