ThroughputIQ is a web + mobile app that measures real-world throughput in physical spaces (clinics, warehouses, retail backrooms, labs) without requiring a full-blown WMS/ERP rollout. Staff scan lightweight QR checkpoints (or tap NFC) as work items move through steps; the app turns those events into cycle-time distributions, WIP levels, and constraint alerts. An AI layer suggests likely root causes (staffing gaps, batching behavior, layout friction) and recommends experiments like changing handoff rules or adding a temporary buffer. The goal is not “perfect data”—it’s fast, credible visibility that managers can act on within days. Expect some manual compliance issues; the product wins by making scanning frictionless and insights immediately useful. It’s priced for SMB operations teams that can’t justify enterprise process-mining tools but still bleed money from slow flow.
