TickTriage

TickTriage is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) for luxury watch service centers to standardize intake, triage, and quoting. Staff capture guided photos/videos, timegrapher readings, and symptom checklists; the app generates a probable fault tree, parts/labor estimate ranges, and a customer-facing quote with clear exclusions. It also tracks chain-of-custody (who handled the watch, when, and what was done) and automates status updates so customers stop calling. The AI is intentionally narrow: it suggests likely issues and required tests based on historical jobs and brand/model patterns, but it never “certifies authenticity” or guarantees outcomes. The core value is operational: fewer misquotes, fewer rework cycles, and faster turnaround decisions. It integrates with existing POS/ERP via API or CSV to avoid rip-and-replace.
