TimeAnchor

TimeAnchor is a mobile app that measures and trains your perception of time using short, repeatable exercises (e.g., “produce 30 seconds,” “estimate elapsed time,” “time-to-task completion”). It then compares your estimates to reality and builds a personal “time bias profile” by context: sleep, stress, caffeine, time of day, and environment. The app uses lightweight AI to spot patterns (e.g., you consistently underestimate time after 3pm or overestimate when anxious) and offers practical interventions: micro-break prompts, task chunking suggestions, and pre-commit timers for common activities. It’s not therapy and it won’t ‘fix’ time blindness overnight; it’s a measurement-and-feedback tool that helps users notice drift and compensate. Over time, users can export reports for coaches/clinicians or simply use the app to plan more realistically and reduce daily friction.
