TimeGap

TimeGap is a mobile app that measures your personal “felt time” versus clock time using quick, repeatable micro-tests. You run 30–90 second sessions where you estimate elapsed time during different contexts (after caffeine, post-exercise, during stress, late night, deep focus). The app then builds a simple profile of when you tend to overestimate or underestimate time and shows trends over weeks. It also supports optional passive context tags (sleep, heart rate, location category) to explain variance without pretending to be medical. The value is self-awareness: people who struggle with pacing, procrastination, or anxiety often misjudge time, which cascades into missed deadlines and poor planning. TimeGap doesn’t “fix” your brain; it gives you a realistic mirror and practical pacing prompts based on your own data.
