TimeLeak

TimeLeak is a mobile + desktop app (traditional + AI) that shows where your day actually goes and forces realistic planning. It passively tracks app/website usage, calendar events, and optional location context, then produces a blunt “time budget” report: planned vs. real, plus the top three recurring leaks (e.g., Slack spirals, meeting creep, doomscrolling). The AI layer doesn’t pretend to be your coach; it generates a weekly “cut list” with specific actions like meeting caps, notification windows, and calendar blocks, and it predicts whether your plan is mathematically impossible before you commit to it. The core experience is a 5-minute daily review and a 20-minute weekly reset. You can set hard limits (e.g., 45 minutes/day on X) with escalating friction: warnings, forced breaks, or temporary app locks. It’s designed for people who are tired of pretty to-do lists that don’t change behavior.
