TimeReceipt

TimeReceipt is a mobile + web app that turns self-discipline into an evidence-based habit: you log what you did, then attach lightweight “proof” (calendar event, screenshot, location ping, or a quick photo). The app generates a daily time receipt that shows planned vs. actual, highlights the top 3 time leaks, and forces a 60-second end-of-day review. It’s not a motivational quote machine; it’s accountability through frictionless documentation. An AI layer summarizes patterns (“You lose 45 minutes after lunch on social apps”) and suggests one small rule to test tomorrow (“No phone in bedroom until 9am”). Users can optionally share receipts with a coach, friend, or small group for external accountability. The goal is simple: reduce self-deception and make behavior visible enough to change.
