TimeReceipt
TimeReceipt is a mobile + web app that turns your workday into a defensible “time receipt” without manual timers. It passively captures lightweight signals (calendar blocks, app/window focus, meeting audio presence, location changes, and optional keyboard/mouse activity) and converts them into categorized time entries with confidence scores. Users can approve, edit, or delete entries before exporting to invoices, payroll, or client reports. The goal isn’t surveillance; it’s reducing the constant “what did I do today?” tax for freelancers, consultants, and small teams. It includes privacy-first controls: on-device processing where possible, redaction rules (e.g., hide app titles), and a hard “private mode.” Realistically, it will never be perfect—so the UI is built around quick review and correction, not pretending full automation is flawless.
