TimeSkew

TimeSkew is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps people understand when and why time feels like it speeds up, slows down, or disappears. It runs short, science-inspired “time estimation” micro-tests (e.g., reproduce 30 seconds, estimate task duration, recall elapsed time) and pairs them with lightweight context signals: sleep, caffeine, stress check-ins, calendar load, and activity type. The app visualizes your personal “time skew profile” by day and situation (meetings, commuting, gaming, studying), then suggests small experiments to reduce harmful distortions—like pre-task timeboxing, break cadence, or environment tweaks. It’s not a medical device and won’t pretend to diagnose ADHD, anxiety, or depression; it simply tracks patterns and offers practical interventions. Users can export reports for therapists/coaches or for self-reflection, and set alerts when conditions predict major underestimation (a common cause of lateness and missed deadlines).
