TimeTether
TimeTether is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that automatically reduces cross-timezone meeting pain for remote and hybrid teams. It builds a “fairness-first” scheduling layer: it learns each person’s working hours, focus blocks, caregiving constraints, and local holidays, then proposes meeting windows that rotate inconvenience evenly across the team. It also flags meetings that should be async by detecting low-agenda clarity and high attendee count, and it generates a lightweight async alternative (prompted update template + decision checklist). Managers get a simple dashboard showing meeting load, after-hours creep, and which teams are consistently taking the timezone hit. This is not a full calendar replacement; it sits on top of Google/Microsoft calendars and nudges behavior with minimal setup. The goal is fewer meetings, less resentment, and more predictable deep work time without policing employees.
