TimeTetris

TimeTetris is a scheduling-focused planner that turns a messy task list into a realistic calendar, based on your actual free time. You set working hours, energy preferences (deep work vs. admin), and task durations; the app then “packs” tasks into open slots while respecting meetings, buffers, and deadlines. It continuously re-plans when meetings move, tasks slip, or you add new work—without pretending you can do 12 hours of focused work daily. The core is a constraint-based scheduler plus lightweight AI to estimate task duration from history and suggest sensible defaults. It integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, but keeps planning logic separate so users can override with one tap. The goal is not a prettier calendar; it’s fewer broken plans and less daily rescheduling anxiety.
