TinyOps

TinyOps is a mobile + web project management app built specifically for tiny and small-home builds and renovations. Instead of generic to-do lists, it gives you a realistic build sequence (site prep, trailer/foundation, framing, MEP rough-in, insulation, interior, inspections) with dependencies, checklists, and photo documentation. It also tracks materials and deliveries in a lightweight way so you stop losing time to “where’s the window/fasteners/PEX?” chaos. Contractors can be invited to update status, upload photos, and flag blockers without needing full accounts. The app generates a simple weekly plan and a “next three tasks” view to keep momentum. It’s not a design tool and won’t pretend to replace an architect; it’s for execution and coordination on small projects where one missed step can cause expensive rework. Monetization: subscription per project with optional contractor seats.
