Users drag-and-drop “true-to-size” furniture and appliances (with door-swing and clearance envelopes), then run a one-tap “fit check” that flags collisions, blocked paths, and unusable corners. It also estimates daily livability metrics like walkway widths, storage volume, and multi-use zone conflicts (e.g., bed-to-dining conversions). The AI component suggests a few alternative arrangements based on the user’s constraints, but the core value is deterministic: accurate dimensions, clearances, and simple rules-of-thumb. Export shareable links and a PDF for builders or partners. This is not a full CAD replacement; it’s a fast reality-check tool for people who don’t want to learn pro software.
