TinySpecKit

TinySpecKit turns a rough tiny-home concept into a practical “spec pack” you can actually build from. You enter your trailer size or foundation footprint, climate zone, intended use (full-time, ADU, rental), and key constraints (budget, max weight, off-grid needs). The app outputs a room-by-room checklist, materials takeoff ranges, weight estimates, basic MEP routing guidance, and a permit-prep packet template (not stamped plans) tailored to common tiny-home realities. It also flags high-risk design choices—like too much cantilever, poor wet-room stacking, or unrealistic insulation assemblies—before you waste money. This is not a CAD replacement; it’s a decision and documentation tool that bridges Pinterest-level inspiration and contractor-level clarity. Mobile + web app. Combination traditional + AI (AI for drafting specs, rules engine for constraints).
