TinyThermal
TinyThermal is a mobile + web AI-assisted design checker that predicts comfort and condensation risk in tiny and small homes before you build. Users enter a simple model (dimensions, window sizes, insulation levels, HVAC type, occupancy) or import a basic SketchUp/IFC file, then select a climate zone. The app estimates hourly indoor temperature swings, humidity, and likely problem spots (cold corners, window condensation, unvented cooking moisture) and outputs a prioritized fix list: ventilation targets, dehumidification needs, window upgrades, shading, air-sealing, and insulation changes. It also generates a “materials impact” view showing how each change affects cost, comfort, and energy use. This is not a full engineering simulation; it’s a fast, practical pre-check aimed at preventing the most common tiny-home comfort failures and mold issues that lead to expensive rework or unhappy owners.
