TipLedger is a mobile + web app for high-end travelers and their assistants to capture every trip expense and gratuity in real time—without turning the vacation into accounting. It supports offline entry, multi-currency, and quick “one-tap” tip presets by country and service type (porter, housekeeping, driver, guide). Receipts can be snapped and auto-matched to card transactions, then categorized into a clean trip report that’s easy to reimburse, share with a family office, or reconcile against a concierge invoice. The app also flags common overcharges (duplicate minibar, inflated resort fees, suspicious gratuity add-ons) and keeps a private log of preferred staff and service notes for repeat stays. This is not a booking app; it’s the unglamorous layer luxury travelers actually need when spending gets messy across multiple properties and vendors.
