TipTally is a mobile + web app for restaurants, bars, and cafés to run transparent tip pooling and payouts across roles and shifts. Managers set the house rules once (percent to pool, role weights, hours, sales-based splits, exclusions), then the app imports sales and payments, calculates allocations, and produces payout reports for payroll or same-day cash-outs. Staff can see their own breakdown (not everyone else’s), confirm shifts, and flag disputes with an audit trail. It also tracks compliance basics like minimum wage top-up checks and tip-credit warnings, because tip mistakes can become expensive quickly. This is not a “culture” app; it’s a math + documentation tool that reduces payroll time and arguments.
