TitlePulse is a web + mobile AI-assisted pre-bid due diligence tool for car auctions that flags title and registration risk fast. Users paste a VIN and auction listing URL (or upload photos of the title/odometer/disclosure forms). The app extracts key fields, checks for inconsistencies (mileage jumps, brand/title state mismatches, lien indicators, salvage/rebuilt wording, missing reassignment chains), and generates a simple “Bid/Proceed/Caution” report with a confidence score and plain-English reasons. It also creates a checklist of what to verify at pickup and what documents to demand before releasing payment. This is not a magic ‘guarantee’ product—data gaps and state-by-state quirks remain—but it reduces expensive surprises for small dealers and flippers who can’t afford repeated title headaches. Monetization: pay-per-report and dealer subscriptions.
