ToneMap

ToneMap is a web app (with a lightweight Chrome extension) that continuously audits your product and marketing content for voice-and-tone consistency, readability, and UX clarity. It scans URLs, sitemaps, and key flows (onboarding, pricing, help center) and flags mismatches against your brand voice rules, terminology, and content patterns. Instead of generic “write better” tips, it produces actionable diffs: what to change, where, and why, plus a measurable “Voice Drift” score over time. Teams can define a voice profile (do/don’t, approved terms, banned phrases, grade level, inclusivity rules) and run scheduled checks before releases. It integrates with GitHub PRs and CMS publishing so issues are caught early. This is an AI app plus traditional rules-based checks, because pure AI will be inconsistent without hard constraints.
