ToneProof is a mobile + desktop companion for guitarists and bassists who constantly lose track of how they dialed in a great sound. You capture a “tone snapshot” per song: quick photos of amp/pedal knobs, a short reference recording, and structured metadata (guitar, pickups, strings, tuning, room, mic/IR, amp settings, pedal order). The app then generates a clean, shareable preset sheet and a recall checklist for rehearsal or gigs. Optional AI helps: it reads knob positions from photos, transcribes settings into text, and suggests what changed between two snapshots when your tone feels off. This is not a magic tone-matching app; it’s a practical documentation tool that reduces setup time and prevents costly mistakes on stage. Export to PDF, share with bandmates, and keep a searchable library of your best sounds.
