ToneReceipt is a web app + browser extension that reviews customer-facing messages (email, chat, helpdesk replies) and flags tone risks before they go out. It scores clarity, empathy, and firmness, highlights phrases that can trigger escalations, and suggests rewrites that keep policy intact without sounding cold or defensive. It also enforces your brand voice with lightweight rules (e.g., no blame language, always include next step + timeframe). Managers get a dashboard showing common friction points, risky templates, and which topics generate the most negative sentiment. This isn’t a full helpdesk replacement; it plugs into what teams already use. The realistic value is reducing avoidable escalations, refunds, and bad reviews by catching “small wording” mistakes at scale, especially for newer agents and high-volume teams.
