Top3Lock is a mobile + web AI-assisted priority manager that forces ruthless focus: you can only have three active priorities per day and one “Now” task at a time. It pulls tasks from Todoist/Jira/Google Calendar, then auto-suggests the best three based on deadlines, effort, and your historical completion patterns. The catch: once you lock your Top 3, adding anything new requires explicitly demoting something—no infinite list fantasy. It schedules short “focus blocks” on your calendar and nags you only when you break your own rules (context switching, overdue Now task, too many demotions). Weekly reviews are automatic: it shows which priorities actually moved, which were churn, and what you keep lying to yourself about. This is not a full project manager; it’s a constraint system that makes prioritization unavoidable.
