TornadoLab

TornadoLab is a web app for fast, defensible sensitivity analysis on spreadsheet-style business models without rebuilding them in a full risk platform. Users upload an Excel file (or connect Google Sheets), map inputs/outputs, and run one-way, two-way, and scenario sensitivity with automatic tornado charts, threshold (break-even) values, and parameter ranking. It flags fragile assumptions (where small input changes flip decisions) and generates a short “decision robustness” report you can paste into an investment memo or board deck. It’s brutally practical: most teams don’t need Monte Carlo every day; they need to know which 3 assumptions can kill the plan and what ranges make the decision change. The app focuses on speed, auditability, and clear communication rather than fancy math. Exports include charts, tables, and a reproducible run log for governance.
