TorqueTrail

TorqueTrail is a mobile + web app for independent shops and serious DIYers to document brake and suspension work with a clean, repeatable checklist and photo evidence. It guides the user through model-specific steps (torque specs, fastener replacements, bedding procedures, alignment reminders) and produces a shareable “service proof” report for customers or future resale. It’s not a magic diagnostic tool; it’s a workflow and compliance layer that reduces comebacks caused by missed steps, wrong torque, or forgotten hardware. Users can attach parts invoices, record rotor thickness/runout measurements, and log post-repair test results. The web dashboard stores vehicle histories and lets shops standardize SOPs across techs. The goal is fewer disputes, fewer returns, and faster training—not replacing skilled mechanics.
