TorqueTriage is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps maintenance teams quickly narrow down likely causes of machine downtime using existing signals: PLC alarms, HMI event logs, vibration snapshots, and operator notes. Instead of promising “full predictive maintenance,” it focuses on a realistic, high-value wedge: triage. Upload or stream logs, map alarm codes to your internal taxonomy, and get a ranked list of probable failure modes with the exact evidence (timestamps, correlated alarms, trend snippets) and a recommended next check. It also generates a standardized incident report and a parts/tools checklist to reduce back-and-forth between shifts. The AI component is constrained: it summarizes, clusters similar incidents, and suggests next steps based on your historical fixes—while keeping a human-in-the-loop approval flow so teams can trust it and improve it over time.
