TotTriage
TotTriage is a mobile app (with optional web portal) that helps parents of infants and toddlers quickly assess common symptoms and decide the next step: home care, pediatrician message, urgent care, or ER. It uses evidence-based pediatric guidelines (not random forum advice) and asks a short, adaptive set of questions (age, fever duration, breathing, hydration, rash characteristics, behavior changes). The app outputs a clear recommendation, red-flag warnings, and a concise summary you can send to your pediatrician. It also includes medication dosing helpers by weight (with safety checks), dehydration and breathing checklists, and a “what to monitor” timer with reminders. This is an AI-assisted app: AI helps translate the user’s answers into a clean clinical-style message and plain-language instructions, but the triage logic is rules-based to reduce hallucination risk. It’s realistic, useful, and not trying to replace medical care.
