TouchPact

TouchPact is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps couples rebuild affectionate touch through small, consent-first “pacts.” Instead of vague goals like “be more affectionate,” partners pick from a menu of touch types (hand-holding, hugs, cuddling, massage, kissing) and set frequency, timing windows, and boundaries. The app prompts quick daily check-ins (“yes/no/not today”) and tracks streaks without shaming. It includes a short “consent script” and a one-tap pause button for stress, illness, or conflict so nobody feels coerced. An AI layer suggests realistic pact options based on schedules, previous follow-through, and each partner’s comfort levels, and it flags mismatch patterns (e.g., one partner always initiating) with neutral language. The goal is fewer fights about intimacy and more predictable, safe affection.
