TouchTempo

TouchTempo is a mobile app (traditional + light AI) for couples who want more physical affection without it becoming awkward, transactional, or guilt-driven. Each partner sets a private “touch comfort map” (what feels good, what’s off-limits, and what’s context-dependent) and a weekly “connection budget” (time/energy, not points). The app then suggests tiny, realistic touch moments—like a 20-second hug after work or a shoulder rub during a show—based on schedules, stress level check-ins, and boundaries. It includes a consent-first prompt flow, a quick “not now / later / yes” response, and a weekly debrief that highlights patterns (e.g., affection drops on late-work days) with simple adjustments. It’s not therapy, and it won’t fix deep relationship issues, but it can reduce mismatched expectations and help couples build consistent, low-pressure touch habits.
