TourTriage is a mobile + web app that helps renters make a decision after tours without drowning in notes, photos, and vague feelings. You create a short “must-have” checklist (budget, commute, noise tolerance, pet rules, parking), then during a tour you capture quick photo bursts and 30-second audio notes. The app auto-organizes everything by room and generates a simple scorecard: dealbreakers flagged, estimated true monthly cost (rent + fees + parking + utilities assumptions), and a side-by-side comparison view across your top options. It also includes a “verification prompts” list (questions to ask, documents to request) so you don’t forget the boring but critical stuff. This isn’t magic: it won’t find secret listings. It just reduces decision chaos and helps you move faster with more confidence.
