TowerTriage is a web + mobile app for telecom operators and tower companies to manage field incidents with consistent, auditable evidence. It standardizes what technicians capture on-site (photos, readings, grounding checks, generator status, alarms) and ties it to a single incident timeline so NOC, vendors, and managers stop arguing over “what happened.” The app auto-validates submissions (GPS, timestamp, required checklist items) and generates a shareable incident packet for internal QA and vendor disputes. It also tracks repeat offenders: sites with chronic power issues, vendors with high rework rates, and regions with slow mean-time-to-repair. This is not a magical network-optimization product; it’s operational hygiene that reduces re-trucks and accelerates approvals.
