TownhallKit
TownhallKit is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) for advocacy groups to plan, run, and measure public forums (town halls, community meetings, listening sessions) without chaos. It handles RSVP, check-in, speaker queueing, timed Q&A, live polling, and issue tagging so organizers can prove what the public actually said. The AI layer turns transcripts and poll results into a clean “community signal” report: top concerns, sentiment by topic, quotable anonymized excerpts, and action items mapped to policy asks. It also creates follow-up workflows: targeted email/SMS updates by interest, volunteer signups, and meeting minutes that don’t take hours. The product is built for real-world constraints—spotty Wi‑Fi, limited staff, and mixed audiences—so offline mode and simple moderator controls are core. The goal isn’t viral content; it’s credible, defensible public input that helps advocacy campaigns coordinate and show impact.
