TowSafeSUV is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that tells SUV/crossover shoppers and owners what they can safely tow in the real world—not brochure fantasy. Users pick a specific trim, drivetrain, and options, then enter passenger count, cargo, hitch type, and trailer details. The app calculates payload usage, tongue weight, GCWR estimates, and flags common failure points (over payload, too much tongue weight, wrong hitch class, tire load index). It also explains the result in plain language and generates a printable “tow setup sheet” for dealers, rental counters, or campsites. The AI layer helps users identify their exact trim from a VIN/photo of the door jamb sticker and answers towing questions with citations from OEM manuals. Monetization is via a subscription plus one-time reports for specific trips or purchases.
