ToxiLog is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps employees in toxic workplaces capture incidents in a structured, legally-aware way—without turning your phone into a liability. Users log events with time, location, people involved, and impact, then attach emails, screenshots, or meeting notes. The AI helps rewrite emotional notes into neutral, factual language, flags missing details, and generates a clean timeline report you can share with HR, an employment lawyer, or a therapist/coach. It also includes a “risk reality check” that warns you when HR is unlikely to help and suggests safer next steps (internal transfer, documentation thresholds, exit planning). The app prioritizes privacy: local-first encryption, optional cloud sync, and a “panic lock” mode. It’s not therapy and it won’t fix your company—but it can reduce chaos, clarify patterns, and help you act before burnout or termination.
