ToxTrackr
ToxTrackr is a mobile + web app for oncology clinics to monitor chemotherapy and immunotherapy side effects between visits. Patients complete short, structured symptom check-ins (ePROs) with optional photo uploads (e.g., rash, mouth sores). The system flags concerning patterns (fever risk, dehydration, severe diarrhea, neurotoxicity) and routes them to the right workflow: self-care guidance, nurse call-back queue, or urgent escalation instructions. Clinicians get a dashboard that prioritizes high-risk patients, trends symptoms over time, and generates a concise note snippet for the EHR. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules handle high-stakes triage; AI helps summarize free-text, cluster symptom trajectories, and reduce nurse documentation time. The goal is fewer avoidable ER visits, faster interventions, and better patient experience without adding staff headcount.
