ToyForgeAR

ToyForgeAR is a mobile AI + AR “digital toy workshop” where kids assemble simple creatures/vehicles from parts, then bring them to life in the real world through AR. The twist is behavior: each toy has a small set of trainable actions (follow, avoid, dance, fetch, guard) that kids can teach via short demonstrations and voice prompts. Creations can be shared as safe “toy cards” that other kids can scan to spawn the toy, but remixing is limited to prevent chaos and reduce moderation burden. The app focuses on short play loops (2–5 minutes) with clear goals and silly outcomes, not open-ended metaverse promises. Monetization is realistic: a small free set, then a subscription or paid packs for parts/skins/behaviors. This is a digital toy, not an education app pretending to be fun.
