ToyLoop

ToyLoop is a mobile app that helps parents manage toy rotation and playset “checkouts” at home. You catalog toys quickly by scanning barcodes or snapping a photo, then the app suggests a weekly rotation plan based on your child’s age, interests, and what’s been ignored lately. It also runs a simple “toy library” system: kids can request toys, parents approve, and the app tracks what’s out, what’s missing pieces, and what should be donated. Optional AI features identify the toy from a photo, estimate age suitability, and generate 5-minute play prompts to make old toys feel new. This is not magic: it won’t fix parenting or make kids play independently for hours, but it can reduce decision fatigue, clutter, and the constant “I’m bored” loop with a lightweight system that actually fits real households.
