ToyQuestAR is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that overlays short, curriculum-aligned “missions” onto physical toys using the phone camera. Parents pick a toy type (blocks, cars, dolls, dinosaurs) and a skill goal (counting, phonics, spatial reasoning, storytelling). The app generates 5–10 minute activities with prompts, timers, and simple AR markers you can print or place on the floor. It tracks progress lightly (no heavy testing) and suggests the next mission based on what the child actually completed. It’s realistic about attention spans: fast setup, minimal menus, and offline-friendly sessions. The business model is a low-cost subscription with a free tier that includes a limited mission pack. This is not a magic tutor; it’s structured play scaffolding that makes parents feel less stuck and kids feel like they’re “on a quest.”
