TraceAtlas

TraceAtlas is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that continuously discovers application and service dependencies and maps them to business capabilities and critical processes. Instead of relying on stale diagrams and quarterly workshops, it ingests data from CMDBs, cloud accounts, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and API gateways to build a living architecture graph. It flags “architecture drift” as concrete, ticket-ready changes: new service-to-service calls, unapproved data flows, shadow SaaS, and broken ownership. An AI layer summarizes changes, proposes capability assignments, and generates reviewable architecture notes and diagrams, but keeps humans in control with approvals and audit trails. The product focuses on being useful even in messy enterprises: partial data, inconsistent tags, and multiple tooling ecosystems. The goal is faster impact analysis, cleaner governance, and fewer surprises during incidents, audits, and modernization programs.
