TraceClaim

TraceClaim is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion for food brands and co-packers to validate traceability evidence from suppliers without forcing everyone onto the same platform. Suppliers upload “proof packets” per lot (COAs, audit certs, origin docs, temperature logs, allergen statements). The system extracts key fields, flags missing/expired documents, and cross-checks inconsistencies (e.g., lot codes not matching invoices, cert dates outside production window). Brands get a simple risk score per lot and a one-click shareable compliance link for retailers or auditors. It’s not blockchain and it won’t magically stop fraud; it’s a pragmatic evidence-management layer that reduces email chaos and speeds up audits and recalls. MVP focuses on document intake, validation rules, and a clean lot-level timeline that can be exported to common recall templates.
