TraceFusion

TraceFusion is a web app (with optional CLI) that turns distributed traces into actionable integration tests. It connects to your existing tracing backend, learns real service-to-service request flows, then generates reproducible test scenarios that validate contracts, payload shapes, and critical invariants across boundaries. Instead of guessing what to test, teams pick from the top N most common or most error-prone flows observed in production/staging and run them in CI against ephemeral environments. It highlights where failures occur (service, endpoint, dependency, schema field) and links directly to trace spans and logs for fast debugging. This is not a magic “AI writes all tests” tool; it’s a pragmatic workflow to reduce blind spots in integration testing using data you already have. Expect best results in microservices with OpenTelemetry-based tracing and consistent environment provisioning.
